Parents of High School Cheerleaders: What kind of Cheerleading coach you like to see your daughter with?

I am appling to be a Cheerleading Coach at the local high school. I was a cheerleader in Jr. High, high school & College. But, it has been years since I have cheered. And I am wondering about what todays cheerleader and parents are looking for in a coach.
I am appling to be a Cheerleading Coach at the local high school. I was a cheerleader in Jr. High, high school & College. But, it has been years since I have cheered. And I am wondering about what todays cheerleader and parents are looking for in a coach.
To me cheerleading in just as important as any other sport in high school. Cheerleaders are the heart and soul of their school! And they need to support there school, teams and classmates at all times!
As a coach I would like to see the girls excel in not only in the sport of cheerleading but, in life as well. I would be there to led advice if they need it or just be there if they need someone to talk to!!
What are your thoughts or what are your daughter’s thoughts!
