how do i get my cheerleading team to get serious and work hard?

I am 13. im one of the older girls on our team and i always act up and im hyper at cheer. but the coaches love me haha.. but our whole team is like starting to act up and no one is serious about the rountine.. how to i get them to work harder?

Can you help me with some songs for our cheerleading routine?

My cheerleading squad and I are making a dance for halftime at the football game. We already have a lot of moves. Some songs we want to dance to are Music Make You Lose Control and Imma Shine from the Step Up movie. Do you have any other hip hop/rap songs we could dance too? Preferably CLEAN. We are a Catholic school. :) THANKS!
