What can I do to improve my Cheerleading skills?
I’ve never made the cheerleading team before. I’ve failed at tryouts two years in a row, and I’ve missed my freshman tryouts because I was out of town. But I’m not giving up. I started a cheer tumbling class a couple of months ago to work on my skills, but what can I do to help out my tumbling and my jumps? (like exercises) Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

practice with a coach or a veteran cheerleader
Take gymnastic classes or yoga to increase your flexability too

Do it in the ****.It might not improve your skills but a bigger audience could definatley be expected.

stretch everyday…..increase your strength and flexibility by working out frequently….and just simply practicing your jumps….and dont forget your motions…because they are important also….if you have all 3 (motions, jumps. and tumbling)…you can really stand out….
