What are some ways that I can stay in shape for cheerleading?

Well I do cheerleading but I moved to a new school at the begining of the school year. But all my files from my old school didnt get her until one month into school. Well they had try outs and the only way I could try out was with a physical but my files didnt come in on time so I couldnt try out. Well I wanted to find some ways to stay fit until next tryouts. So I wont be complety out if it. Thanks for any help

    try zumba you could go on youtube and see how it is just put ZUMBA

    u can try aerobics that is a form of exercise that come close to cheer leading move or u can go dancing that will do to.

    try going on a run 4 times a week up and down hill sit ups and eat healthy and try to take your vitamins
