I wanna do cheerleading when i get into high school (because we don`t have cheerleading in middle school) I already dance.Only for about a year now.Only hip hop,not ballet and stuff.But i`m not sure if I can do cheerleading because i`m not as flexible as they are.i have about 1 year until try outs.So what can i do to get ready to be a cheerleader?

How do you do a Teddy (Cheerleading Jump)?

Okay, I’m going to try out for cheerleading, and my friend told me that we’re gunna have to do a teddy jump and tryouts the only problem that i dont know what that is!!! Can someone please tell me what a teddy jump is, and clearly explain to me how you do it. I have never cheerleaded before but im very flexible and a pretty good gymnast.

How do you get permanent marker off of cheerleading shoes?

I tried using nail polish but there is still alot left and the marker is on the fabric above your toes and I’m not sure I’ll be able to get it off.
