How Often Do You Have To Stretch To Be Very Flexible For Cheerleading?
I know, i’m asking lots of cheerleading questions. But that’s cause I need help. So I have lots of stretches to do for cheerleading for scorpion, heel stretch, scale etc. How often would I need to do these to be flexible by the end of October? Please help. I am not able to do anything really. I can’t do the splits. When i try I am about 6 inches above the ground. I would really appreciate good answers.

stretching wont help you get flexiblity like that you need to do other things
that of which i dont know but just stretching wont help that will just pull muscles and injure yourself

every day. especially in the morning- when you’re least flexible. get really close in the morning, and you know you’ll be able to do the splits in the afternoon.

well it depends on you but i would just stretch a little every day and you will improve

i do dance alot.!!! i would hold the splits for about 20 min a day. that should do it. trust me. i do danvce! i should know these things.

Streching every day for about 15-20 mins will help, you do not want to over do it and strain yourself. If your trying to do the splits slow go down front or side ways how ever low you can go and hold it for about 2-3 mins if you can. Repeat that a few times and/or everytime you strech.

pretty much everyday would help
do it slowly and dont over do it beacause you’ll end up straining and pulling muscels make sure you keep up with it beacause i had beautiful straight leged scorpians, and bow and arrows and heel stretches and more but i slacked off this summer and i can barely do them at all! good luck!!!!!
