How can I improve my jumps for cheerleading?
I’m in J.V. cheerleading, and I really want to improve my jumps, specifically my toe-touch and front hurdler. I can do the right and left splits, but not the center, so tips on how to improve my center splits would also be great.

You really have to stretch. Just keep stretching and stretching and stretching, before you know it your jumps will be perfect.
